Our Sales and Technical teams are available by phone:
8:30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday
8:30am to 12:30pm Friday
CLOSED Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays

Christmas and New Year

We are closed for shipping from midday on Friday the 20th of December.

We re-open our sales desk on Friday 3rd with shipping from Monday 6th.

After the 20th of December, all requests/queries will be dealt with on our return on the 3rd of January 2025.

RMAs (items returned for repair)

We are currently looking at 2 to 3 week turnaround on repairs.
